FC Annecy has announced the signing of central defender Emmanuel Louisir, 20, who recently finished as champion of National 2 with Racing Club de France. This signing marks the fourth recruit for the Annecy club to strengthen its squad for the upcoming Ligue 2 season. Louisir had a successful trial with FCA in April, leading to his signing. With V Sports, owner of Aston Villa, entering the capital of FC Annecy, the club continues to strengthen by recruiting talent from the amateur divisions of French football. Before Louisir, the club had already signed Alan Mondésir, Esteban Marre, and Sacha Lima, all from lower division clubs. The arrival of Louisir could also compensate for the potential departures of François Lajugie and Axel Drouhin, both of whom are out of contract. This defensive reinforcement is crucial for FC Annecy as it prepares to face the challenges of the upcoming season in Ligue 2.
