Annecy has recently been at the center of concerns regarding its former striker, Migouël Alfarela. Currently in Greece with Aris Salonique, Alfarela, 28, is facing salary delays and psychological pressures since his metatarsal injury. After joining Aris in September, he has experienced a tough period, worsened by a fracture sustained during a match against AEK Athens in November. Since that incident, he has been training alone, away from the professional group, and has not received his payments on time. The situation has become so concerning that his entourage had to seek FIFA's assistance to resolve this conflict. Despite his efforts to secure a transfer or contract termination, negotiations with Aris remain tense. Alfarela, who still has two years left on his contract, hopes that his situation will improve before training resumes on June 24.
