FC Annecy is proud of its defender Julien Kouadio, who recently honored his first selections with the Central African Republic national team. At 26 years old, Kouadio participated in two friendly matches, one against Togo (1-1) and the other against Angola (3-0 loss). These matches mark a turning point in his international career, having been called up for the first time during the international break last March. In these matches, he was fielded by coach Éloge Enza-Yamissi, a former player of FCA. Kouadio played 90 minutes as a right-back in the first match and 70 minutes as a right wing-back in the second match. These performances highlight his importance to FC Annecy and the national team. The next fixtures for Central African Republic will include qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations, with matches scheduled against Mauritania and Burkina Faso in September.
