Annecy's FC has just lost an experienced coach, Hervé Lybohy, who is joining Créteil. Lybohy had led Annecy's U18 team to promotion to U19 Nationaux, a first in the club's history. He had also reached the 32nd finals of the Coupe Gambardella twice. And now, he's joining Créteil's ambitious project as Jérôme Arpinon's assistant. Hervé Lybohy arrived at Annecy in 2024 to take charge of the U18 Régional 1 team. So, he managed to promote his team to U19 Nationaux in two seasons. But Créteil's offer changed his plans. He will be one of Arpinon's assistants in a completely revamped staff. The two men met during the 2018-19 season at Nîmes when Arpinon was assistant and Lybohy a player. Lybohy had wanted to continue at Annecy, but the opportunity to join Créteil was too good to be refused. Annecy's FC now needs to find a replacement for Lybohy, who did an excellent job with the club's young players. The Haute-Savoie club must continue to work to develop its young talents. Hervé Lybohy is therefore joining Créteil, where he will be tasked with helping the team achieve its goals. Lybohy's departure is a loss for Annecy, but the club must look to the future. The search for a new coach is already underway.
